Meet the Creator of Guided Focus

Hi I'm Elisa! I’m a pediatrician, author, and peer support specialist and like so many of you, I’ve wrestled with focus and procrastination in my daily work.

After COVID, my old focus strategies stopped working. One morning, I had a breakthrough idea: record a short audio track to guide myself through a 10-minute task. That single recording changed everything. I finished all my clinic notes, on time, without stress.

 

From that moment, Guided Focus was born.

Now I’m bringing Focus Blocks to anyone who wants a simple, supportive way to finally finish what they start.
